Transition énergétique Québec offers rebates for newly built energy-efficient homes. Novoclimat helps homeowners reduce heating costs, and first-time home-buyers are eligible for additional funding with the Novoclimat Program.

Hydro Québec Energy Wise

Hydro-Québec is currently offering the installation of central heating systems with thermal storage through Hydro Québec Energy Wise.

Eligible homeowners who opt for central heating with thermal storage may receive $10,000 in financial assistance. Homeowners who install an ENERGY STAR® heat pump at the same time as an Electric Thermal could receive an additional $5,000 in financial assistance.

Énergir Grants

Énergir offers grants to homeowners ready to switch to dual energy with the Énergir Grants.

If homeowners replace their natural gas central heating system with a new one and install a heat pump, or they ass a heat pump to an existing natural gas heating system, they could be eligible for up to $5,800 in grants.
